The INTI University College Library organizes daily Information Skills sessions for its academic staff and students. All are welcome to join the free sessions on the following time :

LIBRARY INFORMATION SKILLS

Time:  10:00am - 11:00am / Day: Monday - Friday

Venue:  Library Viewing Room, Level 1

Topics Covered :

1. Introduction to Library Collection : printed, non-printed and electronic media

2. Reference Resources : Who's Who, Handbook, Yearbook and Encyclopedia, Almanac, Serial Publications (journal, newspaper and magazine), Dissertation and Project Papers.

3. INTI Library Electronic Information Gateway ( http://icmlibrary.intimal.edu.my or http://intilib.intimal.edu.my ) 

4. EQUIP : Online Renewal, Reservation, WebOPAC (Online Public Access Catalog)

5. Online databases : E-journals 

6. In-house databases : Examodas, Epride etc.

7. Internet Resources 

Investing time in developing your information skills will help you to :

-- search sources effectively, using a range of techniques

-- decide which resources are most useful for your piece of work
